How does the process work?

• Browse through the portfolio and judge the work for yourself.
  
• Use the order form to submit your order & payment.
  
• Next, to provide some brief information about your order.
  
• When payment is received you will be contacted within 24 hours to either view your banner or gather additional information.
  
• Package deals will be shown work as it progresses.
  
• Clients will be contacted to gather additional information about your project, via phone, email, or IM.
  
  

How do I place an order?

• Fill out the order form and the design process beigns.
• Paypal & Moneybookers are currently the only 2 web method of payment accepted.
• Forms of payment accepted: Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express, echecks, and paypal transfers.
• Currrencies that can be coverted to US$ : Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars, €uros, £ Pounds, and yen.
  
  

May I ask for revisions to the design created for me?

• Yes. You may request up to five revisions for the banner advertisements designed for you.
• You may request changes such as colors, element positioning, number of animated frames, etc.
• Please do not feel limited nor hesitate in your requests.
• If you are not 100% Satisfied with your banner advertisement after five revisions, your money will be refunded. No questions asked.
• *Please do not request changes to the dimensions of your banner or the ad copy you have provided. If you would like to make major changes to your banner ad please submit an additional order.
  
  

May I request the source file of my design?

• Yes, there will be an additional cost of $15.00 (per file)if you would like the source file for banners.
• Source files will be provided in a layered .psd format.
• Please include that you would like the source file when you place your order.
  
  

Do you offer designs for print?

• Yes.
• DeluxeBanners.com has the talent and resources to create lucrative advertisements that are designed to proper industry specifications, e.g. newspaper, magazines, flyers, business stationary ,brochures, etc.
• If you know your printing specs, please include them when placing your order.
  
  

I don't see the banner size I want. Are custom sizes available?

• Of course!
• You may request a custom size or package deal for your banner advertisemnet.
• Please use the contact form to provide detailed information about what you would like.
  
  

What are the most popular banner sizes that are ordered?

• The 468x60 and 125x125.
• The 468x60 is the industry standard for banner ads.
• The 125x125 is very popular for use in sidebars of websites and blogs.
  
  

Banners for Affiliates?

• Affiliates do not like using any phone numbers or the full URL on the ad, often just leaving of the .com/.net.
• Affiliates prefer the click-through of an ad-offer not so much advertising for your site or getting bypassed by phone.
• If you haven't heard of AbestWeb I suggest that all affiliates and affiliates managers all check it out.
